I know have so much to tell since I haven't update for a while. Gomen!

First, Sykes Manila's MSN-IATS have been bombarded with a tremendous number of calls since Tuesday. There's this virus that has been attacking Windows 2000, NT and XP, forcing the computer systems to shut down. Since the customers have very anxious about this issue, we have been instucting them to download and install a security patch to prevent the virus. I hope the issue will be resolved as soon as possible... at ng mawala na ang queue na yan! Grabeh!

One more thing. My brother has lost his cellphone on his way home. There's this group of freaking people who forced my brother to surrender his phone to them. Well, he did, just to prevent himself from possible danger. Thank God he's safe, although I still want justice for what happened. I hope the authorities will find them.
